Power Skating


Emphasis on techniques to improve speed, power and agility (including offensive and defensive drills).  Must be able to skate forwards and backwards.

A combination of puck control, stick handling, transitions, agility, speed and explosive power all in one class...

Amanda's main objective of this program is to improve and refine the skaters techinique.  This is not a cardio class.

Skaters will spend half of their session working with Amanda on their feet techniques and the other half with Mike on their stick control 'hand' techniques.
